Terms and Conditions For Substack Membership Agreement

Effective Date: August 23, 2024

By submitting your membership payment through our Substack portal in the amount of $9.63/month, you acknowledge and affirm your agreement to the terms of this binding Membership Agreement between you ('Member') and the Lords Trustees Fellowship, an unincorporated ecclesiastical association and ministry auxiliary of the Rock of Truth Church, operating under God and without the United States. Your membership also binds you to the terms of the Lords Trustees Fellowship Privacy Terms.

This Agreement governs your participation in the private membership educational offerings of the Fellowship. All content, communications, and teachings are provided under ecclesiastical authority and are protected under the First Amendment as religious and educational expressions. Your payment constitutes your full and voluntary acceptance of these terms without exception.

By becoming a Member, you agree to the following:

1. You are of lawful age, sound mind, and acting in full discretion.

2. You agree that all interactions with the Association occur within private ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

3. You understand that the Association offers education and ecclesiastical consultation, not legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. You agree that your membership benefits are conditional on respectful participation and good standing.

5. You agree that all rights, privileges, consultations, educational meetings (including private Zoom calls), course materials, writings, downloadable content, templates, and documents are exclusively for private, non-commercial use and are covered under the terms of our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. You understand that no products or services are sold or exchanged for income. Any payment made to the Fellowship or Rock of Truth Church is a donation in exchange for religious education, consultation, or spiritual guidance.

7. If a receipt is requested for recordkeeping purposes, a formal acknowledgement letter or receipt will be issued by an authorized representative of Rock of Truth Church, Lords Trustees Fellowship, or RTC Trust Management Group. This receipt will state that no goods or services were provided in exchange for the donation, in accordance with IRS Publication 1771.
