Privacy Terms (Non-Disclosure Agreement) For Substack Members

Effective Date: August 23, 2024

All proprietary information disclosed through our Substack content, private Zoom teachings, emails, templates, contracts, writings, downloads, and consultations are considered ecclesiastical confidential materials and intellectual property of the Fellowship. Your membership also binds you to the Publisher Terms and Conditions of the Lords Trustees Fellowship.

By continuing as a paid Member, you affirm:

- You shall not share, forward, reproduce, record, or distribute any material shared through the Fellowship.

- You shall protect all confidential content received through private teachings, discussions, or writings.

- You shall not use or adapt these materials in any commercial or competitive setting.

- You agree to notify the Fellowship immediately in writing if any materials are mistakenly shared or compromised.

Any breach of these confidentiality provisions will result in immediate termination of membership and may result in private arbitration and lawful remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

Your privacy is equally respected. All information shared with the Fellowship remains confidential within the ecclesiastical bounds of the Association and will never be disclosed, sold, or shared with outside entities, public registries, or third-party vendors unless legally compelled and properly noticed under jurisdiction.
